At the end of the Sgt. Pepper's LP there is a run-out groove that loops endlessly. There is speculation as to what is being said, but the major consensus has determined that is states something along the lines of, "Never could see any other way."
Some hear, "Never could be any other way." or, "Never could sing any other way." etc.
When played backwards, we of course hear another message. The general consensus has this one as, "We'll all be Magick Supermen."
Some hear, "We'll be back as Magick Supermen." and even, "We'll fuck you like Superman."
"Why 'Magick Supermen'?" you may be asking. I believe, and will try to lay out here, that there was a strong connection between the Beatles' work, the concept of Nietzsche's Uberman, and of course Crowley's philosophies on Magick.
Quickly, here's some more occasions when the Beatles are referencing Superman.
In the Help! film, Paul has a spread of Jimmy Olson, Superman, and Supergirl comic books on his keyboard.
The comic book which is open is this issue of Supergirl.
in 1966, Lennon's two books were compiled into a collection called The Penguin John Lennon, for which this photo shoot took place.
From the illustrated insert of the Magical Mystery Tour album.
In 1968, George Harrison recorded the soundtrack to the film Wonderwall. There are references to both The Beatles and Superman in that film. More on that at the bottom of this post.
Beatles film director Richard Lester also directed Superman II and Superman III, and was a secret producer on Superman I.
Superman spins around Earth contrary to it's rotation in order to reverse time.
"We'll all be Magick Supermen" is heard when reversing the LP.
In 1967, Paul began parting his hair on his right. Before that, it was parted on his left, or towards the middle. What is interesting, is that in the Superman films, Superman switches his hair part over to his right when he disguises himself as Clark Kent.
What's with the switching hair part? The answer may be in Crowley's teachings.
From Crowley's Liber III

There is an audio interview of McCartney stating that Thelemite William S. Burroughs showed him how to listen to phonographs backwards. And as we all know, in Crowley's teachings, he encourages initiates to learn to do certain things backwards.
“Let him train himself to think BACKWARDS by external means, as set forth here following:
(a) Let him learn to write BACKWARDS. . .
(b) Let him learn to walk BACKWARDS. . .
(c) Let him. . . listen to phonograph records REVERSED.
(d) Let him practice speaking BACKWARDS. . .
(e) Let him learn to read BACKWARDS. . .
(f) Instead of saying “I am he” let him say “eh ma I”
Interesting that the first line in I Am the Walrus is "I am he..."
By the way, "I am he" played backwards sounds a lot like "EMI", the record label the Beatles signed to in 1962.
I'm sure most are aware that Crowley is featured on the Sgt. Pepper album cover.
He is essentially 'the rejected cornerstone that becomes the headstone', when one diagonally mirrors the album cover upon itself. as originally discovered by Skyward, diagrammed by Subliminal Synchrosphere...

Timothy Leary:
I declare that the Beatles are mutants. Prototypes of evolutionary agents sent by God, endowed with a mysterious power to create a new human species, a young race of laughing freemen."
There's also the backwards element with the goings-on in the Bizarro world of htrae - earth backwards - and Superman's foe Mr. Mxyzptlk, who can only be defeated by being tricked into saying his name backwards.
The Beatles were the first pop group to use backwards audio in their recordings.
Here we not only Mxyzptlk, but also b/w tile imagery, and something of a Sea of Holes-esque motif.
And a yellow submarine with his name written backwards on it. (from 1962)
Incidentally, the one second of silence between crescendo at the end of A Day in the Life and the final note is at the 4:20 mark. The piano chord then lingers for 42 seconds. Then comes the runout groove.

Friederich Nietzsche, in his book Thus Spoke Zarathustra, not only explores his concept of the ubermensch/overman/superman, but also his famous "God is dead" sentiment. Which was echoed by Time Magazine on April 8th, 1966. (Crowley was dictated the Book of the Law of the new Aeon starting on April 8th, 1904).
(Does the question mark remind anyone else of a backwards Superman logo? Or perhaps a yin/yang).
The magazine was also used in Rosemary's Baby. Mia also played Supergirl's mom in the Supergirl film.
In the book, Nietzsche also goes deeply into the concept of "the Will to Power". Crowley declared Nietzsche a prophet of the new Aeon - that of Thelema, or mastery of the Will. He also speaks much on a metaphysical concept of herds and shepherding. (Most popular PID legends states Paul was replaced by a man named Will Shepherd).
Curiously, Zarathustra occasionally has to retreat to his "mountain solitude", much like Superman to his arctic Fortress of Solitude.
Interesting that Kubrick uses Richard Strauss' Also Sprach Zarathustra in 2001:A Space Odyssey as the ape first uses a bone as a tool and begins to evolve. Nietzsche claims that man is the bridge between beast and overman.

two paragraphs later:

"Do love your neighbor as yourself, but first be such as love themselves - loving with great love, loving with a great contempt."
Sounds a lot like, "Do what though Wilt shall be the whole of the Law." and "Love is the Law. Love under Will."
Keep in mind this book was written 20 years before Crowley was dictated the Book of the Law.
In the next chapter titled On Passing By, on the road back to his mountain solitude, he is confronted by a ravenous fool that he refers to as a "grunting swine".

he also tells the fool, "All your foaming is revenge." (Rocky Raccoon being about revenge)
track 16 being I Will. Zarathustra incessantly speaks of the mastery of the will.
Shortly afterwards, he confronts The Abyss.
"...I summon you, my most abysmal thought!
Hail to me! You are coming, I hear you. My abyss speaks, I have turned my ultimate depth inside out into the light. Hail to me! Come here! Give me your hand! Huh! Let go! Huhhuh! Nausea, nausea, nausea - woe unto me."
No sooner had Zarathustra spoken these words than he fell down as one dead and long remained as one dead.
7 days later he finally recovers, by smelling an Apple.
Also, he was able to overcome the 'monster of the Abyss' from something he earlier saw a shepherd do.
Nietzsche's "God is dead" signifies the end of the era in which man needs a shepherding god. Man is now capable of becoming the ubermensch. The Supermen are "bigger than Jesus." (Remember Time's "Is God dead?" issue came out 4 months before Lennon's statement was published).
Here's another interesting excerpt:
"And holding my nose, I walked disgruntled through all of yesterday and today: verily, all of yesterday and today smells foul of the writing rabble."
Charles Manson's album The Family Sings features this quote from Thus Spoke Zarathustra on the back.
There's also the interesting connection of Marlon Brando starring as Jor-El, Superman's father, and earlier in The Wild One - the film with the biker gang named The Beetles, which was an inspiration for The Beatles' band name. Marlon Brando is also on the Sgt. Pepper cover.
(seen at the beginning of The Beatles Anthology)

Also interesting that Gene Hackman starrs as Lex Luthor, and he also starrs in The French Connection; the first film to show the Twin Towers.
Luthor's tower in NYC/Metropolis resembles the new Freedom Tower. (As well as the Oscorp tower in Spiderman, who is also red & blue, and who also lives in NYC).
NY is one letter off from OZ
The day after 9/11/2001, an issue of Superman was released which included this image of the Luthor Tower. Lex Luthor was played by Gene Hackman, who starred in The French Connection which was the first film to show the Twin Towers.

Richard Struass' Also Sprach Zarathustra plays while the ape learns to use a bone as a weapon, which leads to their evolution. (The three villains in Superman are imprisoned in a black monolith-like object).
Paul Dano is also in Looper. He plays a man that has telekinesis (the beginnings of human evolution? was it from reading Thus Spoke Zarathustra? :P ) Ironic that his name is Seth, and he gets put into a box and later chopped to pieces.
Twice in Looper, we see cream being poured into a cup of coffee, reminiscent of the cover of Kubrick's 2001 Soundtrack.
Another yellow VW
We all live in yellow submarine. Notice the 68 on her jersey. Yellow Submarine came out in '68.
In the film, the family is headed on a magical misery tour in a yellow VW bus (bus/sub/usb). The bus/sub must remain in motion, and the horn is stuck on. If the bus stops, they all have to push it just right to get it to start.
Crowley was asked about his title in court when he testified in a 1934 lawsuit. He was asked,
"Did you take to yourself the designation of The Beast 666?"
"Yes."
"Do you call yourself The Master Therion?"
"Yes."
"What does Therion mean?"
"Great wild beast."
"Do these titles convey a fair impression of your practice & outlook on life?"
"It depends on what they mean."
"The Great Beast and The Beast 666 are out of the Apocalypse?"
"It only means sunlight; 666 is the number of the Sun. You can call me LITTLE SUNSHINE."

actor Jack O'Halloran played the role of Non in Superman. (He was also in the 1976 King Kong film which starred Jeff Bridges, who signs a check dated 9/11/01 (or '91?) in The Big Lebowski, released in '99).
Jack and Halloran are characters in The Shining. (they are both also in One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest).
Non is one of the three villains imprisoned in the black mirror/monolith object and sent out into space in Superman.
Supertramp pays homage to this on one of their album covers.
Also, if you flip their Breakfast in America album cover, from the window of an airplane you see a 9 1 1 behind the Twin Towers. Crime of the Century. (From what I understand, this album also features an airplane pointing to the 93 on the barcode. (flight 93, # of Thelema, flight 77 (Oz) hitting floor 93).
Then there's also Alexander Supertramp, whose life was made into the film Into the Wild (bringing to mind The Wild One).
in Brando's famous role as The Godfather, there are often oranges preceding murders. The same motif occurs in Polanski's The Ninth Gate when The Baroness is murdered.
A Clockwork Orange and Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind (w/Clementine) also tie into all of this... but I will keep it brief by mentioning that in Help!, the tiger is pacified by the people singing Beethoven's 9th Symphony, which was also used to mind control Alex in A Clockwork Orange.
Also, Ringo has an orange soda machine in his room in Help!, which sprays on miniature Paul, which he proceeds to bathe in.
The LSD that the Manson family was taking in the weeks surrounding Sharon Tate's murder was called Orange Sunshine. Which was also in abundant supply at the Altamont concert.
And while on the subject of experimental mind control on prisoners, it is my understanding that Manson was in the very prison ward that MKUltra experiments were being undertaken. (tracking down sources on that).

miscellaneous:
Looper also starrs Jason Gordon-Levitt who starred in 3rd Rock from the Sun with John Lithgow who was in 2010, the sequel to 2001:ASO.
In Looper, he plays a young Bruce Willis.
Bruce being the real name of Batman. Jason Gordon-Levitt also starrs in the 2012 Batman film as a Robin persona.
Although Hackman refused to play the role of Lex Luthor bald, the comic version is always depicted as such.
Incidentally, there is a Hermetic Brotherhood of Luxor
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hermetic_Brotherhood_of_Luxor
The child actor alongside Bruce Willis in Unbreakable is not Paul Dano, but he looks a lot like him and is around the same age.
Notice the yellow brick road-like spiral (OZ/NY), but also he is saying "You are like me." Paul Dano and Bruce Willis both being Loopers.
Also, speaking of OZ/NY, interesting that Jor-El puts an emerald crystal in Superman's space capsule with which to build his fortress on Earth. And of course, there's also Kryptonite.
And back to Oscorp from Spiderman; James Franco plays Harry Osborn in those films. He also plays Oz in Oz the Great and Powerful, and starrs in 127 Hours, which can be taken as WTC Towers 1, 2 and 7 coming down, plus Horus/Hours.
Also, it was the first Spiderman film that had the preview featuring a web being cast between the Twin Towers snaring a helicoptor, that had to be removed from the theatres after 9/11.
And another red & blue hero, Mario, is also connected with the Twin Towers. In the Super Mario Brothers film, we see two towers strongly resembling the WTC Towers crumbling. (Mario also fights Donkey Kong)
All of the 9/11 syncs resonate even more so here considering that many interpret the 1one1X as 11/9, which is September 11th in British writing.
Paul Dano also starrs in Ruby Sparks, he wants to be a paperback writer. Interesting that when the Witch touches Dorothy's ruby slippers they emit sparks. You could also say that when Jack Ruby shot Lee Harvey Oswald, teh gun emitted Ruby's sparks.
In the beginning of Ruby Sparks, we learn that Ruby's love interest is John Lennon, and at the end of the film Paul Dano quotes from Catcher in the Rye. Catcher in the Rye and Superman both take plac in Manhatten (Metropolis).
Mark David Chapman claimed he was talking with the Munchkins in the days leading up to Lennon's shooting, and as most of you know, he was also reading Catcher in the Rye. Interesting that in that book, the main character Holden mentions that he has a friend named Paul Campbell. (Another theorized name of McCartney's alleged replacement is William Campbell).
Paul Dano will be playing the role of young Brian Wilson in an upcoming film about him & the Beach Boys.

More Beatles/Superman syncs:
In 1968, George Harrison recorded the soundtrack for the film Wonderwall. In it, Jane Burkin plays the role of a woman named Penny Lane. The main character has a poster of a beetle on his kitchen door. During the scene below, the younger man says, "The era of Pisces is coming to an end."
In another scene, he is in this outfit.
Towards the beginning of the film, he carries a cardboard cutout of himself much like the ones used on the Sgt. Pepper cover, and carries a stack of comics, with an issue of Superman on top.
Which just happens to feature Superman and a doppelganger.
Most of the artwork in Wonderwall was done by the now famous troupe known as The Fool. They did a lot of work for the Beatles, the most well-known being the outside of the Apple Boutique.
In the film Lisztomania, which starrs Ringo as The Pope, Richard Wagner gives Franz Liszt a Superman comic. Wagner says it is a brochure on the rising of the first Nazi Regime.
Later, Wagner inducts children into the Nazi regime as they wear these Superman-like suits, with a stylized W emblazoned upon them. Resembling McCartney's Wings logo.
